Partnership Building & Evaluation Meeting in Grudziądz, Poland
Our organization had the opportunity to participate in the Partnership Building & Evaluation Meeting, held from 1 to 6 June 2026 in Grudziądz, Poland and organized by EUROMED EVE Polska under the Erasmus+ Programme. The event brought together representatives of youth organizations from different countries to evaluate previous Erasmus+ projects, strengthen international partnerships, and develop ideas for future cooperation.
During the meeting, participating organizations shared their experiences, presented their activities, and reflected on the impact of previous Erasmus+ mobilities on young people, local communities, and partner organizations. The sessions provided a valuable opportunity to exchange good practices, discuss common challenges, and identify innovative approaches to youth work.
A significant part of the program was dedicated to partnership building and the development of future project ideas. Through interactive workshops and discussions, participants explored potential areas for cooperation, identified common priorities, and established new connections that may lead to future Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, and other international initiatives.
The meeting also focused on evaluating completed projects and improving the quality of future activities. Participants exchanged feedback, discussed lessons learned, and explored strategies for increasing the impact and sustainability of Erasmus+ projects.
Beyond the educational activities, the mobility offered a rich intercultural experience, allowing participants to learn about different cultures, traditions, and approaches to youth work. The cultural exchange activities fostered mutual understanding, respect, and stronger international friendships.
Participation in this meeting contributed to strengthening our organization’s international network, improving our capacity for project development, and enhancing our understanding of partnership management and project evaluation. The knowledge, skills, and contacts gained during the mobility will support our future initiatives and create new opportunities for young people within our community.
