Youth Exchange: “Discover Culture”
Location: Władysławowo, Poland

We invite young people and group leaders to participate in an exciting Erasmus+ Youth Exchange titled “Discover Culture,” which will take place in Władysławowo, Poland this November. The project is organized by EUROMED EVE POLSKA, a Polish NGO dedicated to supporting young people from diverse backgrounds — including youth facing mental disabilities, those from rural areas, and young people from families in difficult socioeconomic situations.
About Erasmus+
Erasmus+ is a European program that supports education, training, youth, and sport. Through youth exchanges like “Discover Culture,” it helps young people broaden their horizons, gain new skills, and develop an understanding of different cultures. Every participant will receive a Youthpass Certificate at the end of the exchange.
Project Aim
The “Discover Culture” exchange will bring together young people from seven countries to explore each other’s traditions, customs, and cultural heritage. Through interactive activities, national evenings, workshops, and presentations, participants will share their cultures and learn about the diversity of Europe. The project will foster intercultural understanding, tolerance, and friendship among young Europeans.
Who can participate?

Youth aged 13-17 years (5 participants per country)

1 group leader per country (aged 25+)
Preparatory Visit: Each country will send one young participant (13-17) and one group leader (25+) before the main exchange.
After the Project
Participants will be asked to:

Present their experience at schools, NGOs, or local communities to inspire others.

Share photos and project highlights via the project’s WhatsApp group.

Write an article in their native language about the project for their sending organization’s website.
Travel & Reimbursement
Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on Erasmus+ distance guidelines, after submitting all travel documents and completing the post-project tasks. The reimbursement will follow the receipt of funding from the Polish National Agency.
Important
Participants must refrain from using alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants during both the official activities and their free time during the exchange. This is a requirement for full participation and for receiving travel reimbursement.
