We are looking for 6 participants (aged 18-25) to join an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Rustavi and Manglisi, Georgia.
When? 17-25 October 2026
Where? Rustavi and Manglisi, Georgia
The main goal of this youth exchange is to bring together young people from different countries (EU and
Neighborhood area) and create an environment where they can share, discuss, and learn from each other about
their cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, and daily lives. Throughout the project, participants will have the opportunity to
engage in open conversations about both the similarities and differences between them, in a respectful space free of
stereotypes. This exchange will encourage participants to reflect on their own cultural identity and understand how
their upbringing and cultural heritage have shaped who they are. It also aims to help them see other cultures from a
fresh perspective — with ‘new eyes.’ Through meaningful, hands-on interactions with peers from another country,
they will gain a deeper appreciation of cultural diversity and what makes each culture unique.
Profile of participants:
- 18-25 y.o.
- Well versed in art, theater, filming and editing short videos
- interested about following topics: culture, multiculturalism, and diversity
