A Journey of Self-Discovery Through Nature and Cultural Exchange.
From June 7th to 17th, in the city of Scalea, Italy, an Erasmus+ program focused on self-discovery, connection with nature, and personal development took place. Participants from Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, and Italy came together to experience various activities in nature and explore themselves through different challenges.

“One of the highlights of the project was our work with horses. Before arriving, I was afraid of them and never imagined I would feel comfortable being so close to such large animals. However, by spending time caring for them, learning about their behavior, and building trust little by little, my perspective changed completely. The moment I finally rode a horse was a personal achievement that I will always remember. It taught me that many fears can be overcome when we face them with patience and an open mind.
The natural environment surrounding us also played an important role throughout the project. Away from the distractions of everyday life, we had the opportunity to slow down and reflect. Time spent outdoors encouraged us to think about our goals, values, and future aspirations. Nature became more than just a setting—it became a source of inspiration and self-awareness.
Among all the activities, the intercultural exchange was the aspect I appreciated most. Learning about different customs, traditions, and lifestyles was fascinating, but what stood out even more was discovering how much we all had in common. Despite coming from different countries, we shared similar experiences, dreams, and emotions, which made it easy to form genuine friendships.”
