DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

Active Participation: As an ESC volunteer, you’ll be at the forefront of planning, implementing, and evaluating the activities in this project. Your involvement is crucial to its success.
Complementary Role: Your role as an ESC volunteer is not to replace paid employees but to complement the existing workforce, contributing your unique skills and dedication.
Project Commitment: You’ll commit your time, energy, and motivation to achieving the aims and objectives outlined in the Activity Agreement.
Learning and Sharing: The project encourages you to engage in exchanges, share experiences, and participate in evaluations to foster personal growth and understanding.
Communication: Regular communication with your mentor, local coordinator, and other organization staff members is essential to ensure a smooth project experience.
Respect and Responsibility: You are expected to respect the provided accommodation, take care of equipment in your rooms, and adhere to communal living rules.
Training Sessions: You have the right and obligation to participate in training sessions provided by or on behalf of the National Agencies to enhance your skills and competencies.
Final Report: Upon the project’s conclusion, you will be responsible for completing a final report within one month to assess the project’s impact and outcomes.
