CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES: The project Radio YOUTH FM is a training course with its main objective to encourage young people to participate in radio and podcast creation talking about different topics that interest the young population. This training course will equip the participants with the necessary tools to implement radio and podcast creation in their day-to-day work, exchange good practices and form new collaborations that can lead to future projects. In total we are looking for 22 participants from 10 different countries (2 participants per partner) to take part in this training course. During the course we will learn about radio, podcast creation and how to implement these skills through the work of youth workers.

PARTICIPANTS  PROFILE : We are looking for motivated people who are passionate about youth work and want to improve their skills and knowledge in project development and in the application of audiovisual production to youth work. They need to be willing to share their knowledge and ideas to contribute to a creative process that would lead to the realization of a radio program addressed to the youth. 2 participants per country of different genders & 1 of them with fewer opportunities

– Age limit: 18 (no age limit)
– Motivated and proactive participants
– Active Youth workers
– Ability to write and speak English (at least B2)

The reimbursement is conditioned to the active participation and completion of the tasks. 

ECONOMIC  CONDITIONS :  

– 100% accommodation, food and program materials are covered
– 100% traveling costs are covered, up to the maximum limit per country
– Participants should consult with the sending organization before
– booking the tickets. All the documents must be kept.
