The PBA took place in Melnik, Czech Republic in the rural area. It lasted from 17th of February till 22th February. Participants were 15 youth workers and coordinators from 15 different countries: Czech Republic, Albania, Armenia, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Hungary, Turkey, Cyprus, Israel, Romania, Bulgaria,Macedonia. The main objectives of the meeting were:
– To exchange the experience and best practices while working with young people with fewer opportunities;
– To open up new opportunities for cooperation through the realization of new partnership projects, that will include the direct involvement of young people with fewer opportunities;
– To increase the competences of youth workers by sharing the best practices
