Following an inspirational study visit in Belgium, we are re-uniting in Georgia to explore how youth workers can create safe(r) & brave(r) spaces for young people.
This 7-day training course (7–15 November 2025) will give youth workers the chance to:
✅ Explore different ways of building safety in youth work.
✅ Exchange experiences and learn new approaches from across Europe.
✅ Develop a concrete roadmap tailored to their own organisation.
🌀 Training Flow
The programme mirrors the lifecycle of safety in youth work:
1️⃣ Prevention – Building the Foundation
2️⃣ Inclusion – Expanding Awareness
3️⃣ Participation – Sharing Ownership
4️⃣ Reaction – Handling Challenges
By the end of the week, you will leave with practical strategies, new competences, and a roadmap for your organisation—ready to create spaces where young people can thrive, be heard, and grow.
