“Youth on the Move” is a dynamic Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brings together young people from Armenia, Poland, Latvia, Ukraine, Albania, Serbia, and Türkiye to explore and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
Dates: September 22–29, 2025
Location: Podlesice, Poland
Who can apply: young participants from Armenia (aged 14–16) and 1 experienced group leader (25+)
Preparatory Visit: August 29–31, 2025 (for group leaders only)
Working language: English (basic communication skills required)
Costs: 100% covered by Erasmus+ (travel, accommodation, food)
This program is not just about sports – it’s about movement in all its forms! Participants will engage in:
– Outdoor activities & nature walks
– Team-building & challenge games
– Interactive workshops & cultural exchange
– Mindfulness and reflection moments
The project aims to show that being active can be fun, accessible, and inclusive for all—no matter your background or experience!
What’s Included?
– Accommodation in a youth-friendly inn surrounded by nature
– Meals during the whole project
– Travel reimbursement (based on Erasmus+ distance calculator)
– Educational activities facilitated by experienced youth workers
– Insurance is your own responsibility (EHIC or private travel insurance is required)

After the Exchange
All participants will:

Organize a small presentation in your school, NGO, or community to share your experience and inspire others.

Publish a short article about the exchange in Armenian for the FIOH Armenia website or social media.
Travel costs will be reimbursed only after completing these two tasks and submitting all original travel documents.
Very Important Rules
🚫 Bringing or using alcohol, tobacco, energy drinks, or drugs is strictly forbidden for all participants (including group leaders). Violating this rule means no travel reimbursement. Please make sure you understand and accept this condition before applying.
