Who we’re looking for:

Creatives aged 18–30 with an existing art portfolio. We welcome artists who:

• Are passionate, hardworking, and eager to explore diverse art forms each month

• Can live in shared double/triple rooms for six months with 15+ other artists

• Want to design and implement creative installations, festivals, art caravans, youth‑led events in collaboration with others

What you’ll do:

• Create artworks and experiential installations across four “museums” in Târgu Frumos

• Organize caravans and cultural events throughout Romania

• Collaborate with youth and fellow volunteer artists — contributing to a transformative, community‑driven art experience youth.europa.eu+11youth.europa.eu+11youth.europa.eu+11

What we provide

• Transportation: Full covered

  • €150/month for food

  • Non-formal learning and craftsmanship workshops

  • Two national-level trainings via Romanian National Agency
