The Armenian Team Excels in the “Business Skills for Better Life” Project

In the beautiful setting of Blansko, Czech Republic, the “Business Skills for Better Life” project in December 2024 brought together a global team of young people and group leaders passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation.
From December 4th to 13th, this transformative Erasmus+ youth exchange united 33 participants and group leaders from six countries: the Czech Republic, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Croatia, and Estonia. Together, we embarked on an eight-day journey of personal and professional growth, gaining the tools and confidence needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced business world.
The program’s goal was to equip participants with essential entrepreneurial skills and foster the attitudes necessary for starting and managing our own ventures. Through dynamic workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and practical exercises, we mastered hard skills such as generating business ideas, managing projects, developing marketing strategies, and crafting comprehensive business plans. A strong emphasis was also placed on enhancing digital literacy, with training on cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, CapCut, and website-building platforms.
One of the program’s standout moments was the innovative Business Hackathon, where we turned our knowledge into action by creating and presenting viable business concepts. Using methodologies like IKIGAI and working in diverse teams, we showcased our creativity, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Beyond technical expertise, the project encouraged intercultural exchange and understanding, fostering lifelong friendships and collaborations. We left the program not only with new skills but also with fresh perspectives and a renewed drive to bring positive change to our communities and beyond.
Blansko served as the perfect backdrop for this incredible experience, leaving all involved inspired and motivated to create a better future through entrepreneurship and teamwork.
Hey there!
We, the participants of the youth exchange “Business Skills for a Better Life”, are thrilled to share our success story and the amazing journey we’ve been on. It’s been a fantastic ride, and we’ve gained so much more than we could have ever imagined.
Our journey to Blansko, Czech Republic, was nothing short of transformative. The “Business Skills for a Better Life” project gave us not only the opportunity to hone entrepreneurial skills but also to explore the importance of personal growth, collaboration, and sustainability.
The program was packed with a variety of workshops and activities designed to expand our horizons. From mastering the fundamentals of entrepreneurship to diving deep into the concept of IKIGAI, every session added value to our personal and professional lives. The Hackathon was a true highlight, challenging us to brainstorm and develop innovative business ideas in just 24 hours. Collaborating with team members from different countries allowed us to see problems through new lenses, leading to creative and impactful solutions.
This project was also about discovering ourselves. The introspective exercises, such as exploring personal habits and identifying our IKIGAI, helped us uncover hidden strengths and passions. We left with a clearer sense of purpose and the confidence to turn our ideas into reality.
As we reflect on this unforgettable experience, we’re grateful for the friendships we formed, the knowledge we gained, and the memories we created. The “Business Skills for a Better Life” project was more than just a training—it was a journey of personal and collective growth.
Intercultural exchange was at the heart of this experience. Each evening, we immersed ourselves in the diverse traditions, foods, and dances of our fellow participants. These moments of celebration were more than just fun—they deepened our understanding and appreciation of different cultures and brought us closer together as a global community.
For those looking to make a difference in the world and connect with inspiring individuals from around the globe, we wholeheartedly recommend projects like this. They remind us that with the right mindset and support, we truly have the power to create a better future.
