Successful Completion of the CCA Training
We are thrilled to share the results of the recently completed 3-day CCA (Clarity, Creativity, Action) training held in Armenia, which brought together passionate professionals working with refugees. Over the course of three intensive days, participants explored creative and practical tools to better support individuals affected by displacement and trauma.
Building Connections and Understanding the Framework
The training kicked off with icebreakers and team-building activities to foster trust and open communication. Participants were introduced to the CCA methodology—a dynamic approach combining clarity of thought, creativity in action, and meaningful impact. Discussions centered on understanding the challenges refugees face and how professionals can provide better support through empathetic and structured interventions.
Creative Tools for Engagement and Support
Day two focused on practical tools and creative strategies. Participants worked in groups to develop methods for engaging refugees through storytelling, art-based therapy, and role-playing scenarios. These activities emphasized the importance of combining creativity with action to foster empowerment and healing. The energy and enthusiasm in the room highlighted the participants’ eagerness to adopt new approaches in their work.
Action Planning and Next Steps
The final day brought everything together with a focus on action planning and implementation. Participants developed concrete strategies for applying the CCA tools in their respective communities. Each team presented their action plans, showcasing innovative solutions tailored to the needs of refugees. The day concluded with a powerful evaluation session, where participants shared their personal takeaways and reflections.
