Erasmus+ Adventure: For a Healthier Tomorrow in Lyon!
From November 2-9, an enthusiastic group of almost 30 people from Armenia, Serbia, Italy, Cyprus, Portugal, and France came together in Lyon for a super cool Erasmus+ project titled *For a Healthier Tomorrow*. The focus? Healthy lifestyles, active sessions, cultural exchanges, and, of course, a ton of fun!
Our days were packed with energizing activities, lively games, and interactive group work. Each evening, we were in for a treat as different countries took turns preparing their traditional dishes, turning every dinner into a mini cultural festival (spoiler: there was *way* too much delicious food!).
One highlight was an awesome guided excursion around Lyon—wandering the charming streets, soaking in the sights, and learning all about the city’s history.
And our trainers? Absolute legends! They kept the vibe high, the activities engaging, and the entire experience unforgettable.
