What’s the project about?
The Grassroots Academy aims to equip youth workers with:
- Non-formal education (NFE) tools to create dynamic and engaging activities for young people
- Gamification techniques to make learning fun and impactful
- A chance to collaborate with youth workers from across Europe, fostering intercultural exchange and cooperation
