My journey to Myslowice, Poland, was an eye-opening adventure that blended nature, culture, and history. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the stunning landscapes and rich heritage of the country. The warm and welcoming nature of the Polish people made my experience easier to adapt, making it all the more unforgettable. During my time volunteering in MOK, I engaged in a variety of activities that allowed me to connect with the local community. I assisted with theatrical performances with my coordinator, which not only developed my artistic skills but also fostered a sense of companionship among the participants. I took part in ceramic sessions and art history workshops, immersing myself in Poland’s vibrant artistic traditions.

One of the highlights of my volunteering experience was presenting my home country; Armenia to schoolchildren of various ages. This opportunity allowed me to share my culture while
learning about theirs in return. Each interaction was a chance to bridge cultural gaps, sparking curiosity and mutual understanding. In addition to my volunteering, I explored the picturesque  surroundings of Myslowice. From its historic architecture to the lush parks, every corner held a story waiting to be discovered. Beyond my volunteering, I travelled around Europe, which deepened my appreciation for diverse cultures. Each city I visited offered new experiences and perspectives, elevating my journey. Through this journey, I forged life-long friendships and gained invaluable insights into different cultures and perspectives.

My time in Myslowice was more than just volunteering; it was a transformation experience that enriched my life in countless ways!
