Erasmus+ Youth Exchange called “Let’s Save The Earth Together” took place from 5-13 May 2018 in Bakuriani, Georgia.
35 Participants from 7 different countries took part in the project. There participants were coming from Austria, Georgia, Poland, Ukraine, Germany, Armenia and Croatia. The main idea of the project was to increase the level of awareness among youth about the environment protection, future threats of nature, by using non-formal education methods, artistic, creative and innovative paintings, posters.
During these 8 days the participants were involved in different activities devoted to the protection of the nature. But besides all this they also shared their culture and traditions, discovered the similarities and diversity of cultures during the intercultural evenings and throughout the project. All the activities were carried in non-formal educational methodology because it fosters the active involvement of the participants and creates a space for peer education and allows the mutual learning.
