“East/West Partner‘SHIP” was an international training course where 20 participants from Armenia, Albania, Romania, Turkey, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Georgia and the Netherlands come together to share their experience and develop their skills on a certain theme. The project took place in Tbilisi, Georgia from 03-09.01.2015
The main objectives of the project was to gather European youth workers to build strong partnership and cooperation, and to promote development of different projects among youth organizations from different parts of Europe working in rural areas. 
The training was full of many interesting activities, such as verbal and visual presentations,workshops, game playing, team building exercises, study visit and so on. During the project all participants gained a lot valuable skills, enjoyed their time fully and gained a lot of new information and knowledge.
The project was hosted by Richter Association from the Netherlands
