From 20-29 June we had an Erasmus+ Training Course in Sofia, Bulgaria under the name Empowerment of Youth Against Bullying and Violence. The project brought 3 Armenian youth workers from FIOH NGO one step closer to becoming proficient youth advocates.
The aim of the project was to improve and practice non-formal education skills in bullying prevention. The participants were introduced to the problem of “aggression” – direct or hidden and the suppression of this type of behavior through the use of adequate psychological techniques, knowledge and techniques.
Throughout the project 30 participants from 9 nationalities acquired the necessary knowledge and skills based on human psychology but also got an unforgettable, life-changing experience in personal development.
The project was funded by Erasmus+ program and hosted by Foundation Civil Coalition FCC. Armenian partner organisation: Future in Our Hands Youth NGO.
