3From November 18th to 25th there took place a PBA in UK.

PBA project aimed to bring together youth organizations from 10 countries of EU members states and Neighbouring countries in order to set cooperation and develop projects coming to promote and educate young people in entrepreneurship and social enterprise.

The project objectives were:

-To provide concrete information about the entrepreneurship development (concept, business plan, resources, risk etc.)

-To encourage youth organizations to promote entrepreneurship education and culture

-To promote the economic and social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities

-To develop promotional tools and follow up activities in regard to entrepreneurship awareness

-To foster cooperation among programme and neighbouring countries, with a focus on rural entrepreneurship

-To introduce Erasmus + programme and develop follow up projects.

The project was based on the principles of non-formal methods of education: individual and group work, power point and video presentations, group andplenary discussions, simulation activities, case studies, field visits and meeting with local experts and entrepreneurs.

Armenia was represented by Nazeli Galstyan, Armen Abgaryan and Artak Atabekyan.

Here  what one of the participants: Nazeli, shares with you:

I participated in the PBA  “You – enter’preneurship”, held in Loughborough, UK, from November 18 to November 25.  I found it strongly useful in terms of project development, entrepreneurship components and social entrepreneurship.

PBA was well organized and trainers made it interactive by using tools as simulation games, role games, team building, group works and energizers.

Besides above mentioned, training was a good platform for building international relations, exchanging cultural matters and finally for getting know nice people. It was an open space for ideas’ “fighting”  and for hundreds newborn ideas.

I really enjoyed my stay in UK. I had time to socialize with the local people and to get know their culture and traditions.

As it was close to Christmas time I was lucky enough to enjoy Christmas decorations and magic mood of London.

Thanks to “Future in our hands” NGO, I created unforgettable memories for the lifetime.

Thank you very much and good luck in your future.
