🔎 About the Project
BY HAND is a Youth Exchange designed to empower young people through self-awareness, creativity, and emotional development. By using land art, working with horses, and engaging in non-formal learning methods, participants will:

Boost self-esteem and teamwork skills

Explore identity, values, and emotions

Develop practical abilities and key life competences

Strengthen their connection to nature and promote ecological, sustainable behaviors
Working closely with horses and their natural ecosystem will help reduce stress and build emotional & relational skills — while creating meaningful art in nature will support concentration, calmness, and mindfulness.

We are looking for motivated young people who are:
✅ Aged 18–26 (Team Leader can be older)
✅ Curious about personal development & emotional growth
✅ Interested in sustainability and nature
✅ Comfortable communicating in basic English
✅ Living in Armenia
