Participating in the Erasmus+ training course “Let’s Work for Work 5” in Bulgaria was an experience that went far beyond expectations. The program combined practical skill-building with deep personal growth — from CV and cover letter workshops to interview simulations, SWOT analyses, and career planning through mind mapping. Every activity was thoughtfully designed, making the learning process engaging and effective.
Even with prior professional experience, this training reshaped my understanding of career development. It beautifully connected theory with practice and helped me gain new tools, confidence, and a clearer sense of direction for the future.
