“Every Soup Needs Its Special Ingredient: Are You Able To Find It?” was an international training course where 18 young participants from Armenia, Georgia, Italy, Ukraine, Spain, Romania, Netherlands, Lithuania, Belgium came together to develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes on a certain theme.
The training course was very much successful, as the youth workers and youth leaders gained so much for their work. The main objectives of the project was to explore the topic of inclusion the work practice with youth, to improve the skills and knowledge, to explore and investigate the profile of youth with fewer opportunities.
The training was full of many interesting activities, such as verbal and visual presentations, small group discussions, game playing, study visit and so on.
During the training course all participants gained a lot valuable skills, enjoyed their time fully and found out the ingredient for a special soup. We had an incredible time together, enjoyed it perfectly.
The knowledge, skills and memories will be with us for whole our lives.
