Looking for long term(11months) EVS volunteers at The Montessori School Würzburg, Germany
Venue: Wurzburg, which lies about equidistant from Frankfurt am Main and from Nuremberg
Project Environment:
The Montessori School Würzburg is a private primary and secondary school in private ownership.It includes the M-branch (10th grade, intermediate education), integration classes and has a Montessori technical college since the school year 2007/2008.
The children can not only acquire the additional knowledge and skills required by the official Bavarian curriculum, but can also acquire many additional skills and abilities and work independently is their tool. Children, who want to change from our school to a secondary school, have to take an entrance exam there.
The students are taught in a mixed-age classroom:
Primaria I – Grades 1-3 with 4 classes
Primaria II – classes 4-6 with 5 classes
Sekundaria I – classes 7-10 with 6 classes divided into classes 7-8 with 3 classes and classes 9-10 with 3 classes
Sekundaria II – Grades 11 and 12 (Fachoberschule).
In addition to their regular qualifications as teachers or educators, our educators also have a diploma as “Montessori educator”, which they supplement at regular intervals through further education.

The volunteers live in student houses or in flats together .
Costs:
All costs are covered according to Erasmus+ rules.
