First of all I have been waiting for this course about one year. To be on the level I stopped waiting any news about course, but one day I received an email from “Momentum World”. No one could imagine how blessed I felt. It was the first step for me to participate in serious course like “One step Ahead 2”.
Our course was for youth project leaders. We have shared experience of the unpredictable variety of problems, also how to prevent it or resolve. We have learnt more about Youthpass, Erasmus + program, risk assessment and risk management, documentation and reporting, planning and organizing.
My general aim was to listen but not to talk, because when we talk we stop listening. On this way I found lots of information for me. That was really great experience for me. This course helped me to develop myself. Now I am feeling more comfortable about planning and preparing projects, leading groups.
I don’t need to talk about indescribable 7 days I have passed in England. I wish my new little family enjoyed it as well.
